Lightning Rod. Play consultant.

Benjamin Franklin Armbruster honors his namesake by attracting creative energy and channeling it towards innovation. Always grounded in a storm, Ben harnesses raw potential in others and uses it to ignite creative change.

Ben's ability to discern the deeper truths behind his clients' challenges comes from his experience consulting with hundreds of businesses as a market researcher in New York City and as an economic development manager for the City of Richmond. Ben never hesitates to roll up his sleeves and dig into the details; for a summer job while studying at Columbia University, he analyzed and catalogued the cracks in more than one million square feet of sidewalk.

When he isn't trekking along the James River with his pack of dogs (three), Ben is cooking, reading, gardening, and desperately learning to play something other than Bob Dylan songs on his guitar.
