Before joining Play, Barry worked at AIG, the YMCA, John Tyler Community College, and the University of Maryland. To these experiences, add Barry's expertise in strategy, training, marketing, and leadership. You get the mix needed to help your company maneuver the space between values, goals, and execution-the path to growth and significance.

Outside of Play's walls, Barry enjoys hanging with his family, biking, fishing, wakeboarding, and making music. He treads the dawn on and around Buggs Island Lake and the James River.
