As Flying Buttress, Robert supports the organizational structure with creative engineering. In a strategic role as consultant and content mentor, Robert anchors Play's team of coaches with a long history of client experience in new product development, cultural initiatives, branding, and large-scale experiential learning events.

Robert draws upon a lifetime of theatrical training and performance to translate strategies to ideas and to bring concepts to life. With a passion for communication, Robert's attention to detail and delivery have helped clients including GE, Old Navy, HanesBrands Inc., Allstate, and Timberland to achieve business objectives.

Onstage and off, Robert acts as a creative entrepreneur, refining the business of art and the art of business.
