Play developed this creativity assessment with researchers from the Center for Leadership Studies at the State University of New York, Binghamton. It is an online, self-administered questionnaire that assesses an individual's creative cognition and behavior to create a baseline for understanding. We use the results in our creativity learning program to help individuals and teams develop creativity skills. It is also used for post-learning measurement, and has shown consistently that we have improved participants' creative skill sets. The assessment is based on well-validated psychological scales and is managed at SUNY Binghamton.
