We headed to Atlanta to answer TBS' call to help them create a stronger positioning and brand for the cable network, and at the same time develop a strong creative culture. Planning and facilitating several creative coaching sessions, we helped TBS develop, enhance and implement a powerful creative culture within the organization. To ensure internal ownership of the creative culture we created a creativity development program that included languaging, leadership coaching and environmental design of creative spaces within TBS corporate offices.
Through a customized creative process we developed the TBS "It's a Guy Thing" positioning, which led to a partnership as its Creative Agency of record. This innovative partnership was one of the first of its kind where we served as a creative arm for marketing, product and culture work. Our work with TBS led to the creation of many new programming ideas, which generated revenue increases for the network and supported their brand and position.
