Play's creativity training program helps teams and individuals work more effectively to create ideas and lead innovation. We develop three key areas for creativity: The practical skills, the leadership behaviors and the cultural mindset. The program includes The LEAF Assessment, a proprietary tool developed in collaboration with SUNY Binghamton, which sets a baseline and then measures results. LEAF assessments of several hundred participants have proven this program to significantly improve creativity skills. We often conduct creativity training in conjunction with organizational consulting to develop innovation within the overall culture.
